The
"VOICE OF OUR YOUTH"
is an impromptu speaking
competition for high
school students, ages
14-18 years old, which
aims to develop in the
Filipino youth world-
class proficiency in
English communication.
The National level competition
is being sponsored by
the Ten Rotary
Districts in
the Philippines, the
Dept. of Education
and the Allied
Banking Corp.,
while in the Club level
competition; it has
been spearheaded by
the Rotary Club
of Tuguegarao Citadel,
with the 3 other clubs
of Tuguegarao City in
the supporting roles.
Stressed
and tensed as they were
while waiting for their
turn to be on the stage,
but twelve out of thousands
of these high school
students bravely stood
their ground speaking
confidently representing
their beloved schools
for the "VOICE
OF OUR YOUTH"
