The Rotary Club of Cauayan will be hosting the District's Northern Luzon Rotary clubs for this year's Dis-trict Membership Development and The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Seminar. The whole day affair will be held on September 20, 2008 at the Chasset Marketing & Distribution Function Hall, New Airport Road, San Fer-min, Cauayan City, Isabela, with the registration starting at 7:00 in the morning. The posh venue is owned by the Chairman of the Council of Presidents for Northern Luzon and RC Cauayan President Charlito Alejan-dro and spouse Tess.

Resource persons and speakers from the District hierarchy who are experts in the different fields of concern will be on hand to share their knowledge on the topics to be discussed during the seminar.

The topics lined up for discussion are: Membership Recruitment and Retention, Club extension, Membership Development, The Rotary Foundation (TRF).

The general overview of the Membership Development and TRF Seminar will be provided for and will be delivered by no less than the energetic and indefatigable leader of District 3770, DG Miguelito "Lito" Jose, who promised to grace the occasion together with District Trainor other District leaders who.
