The second outbound GSE Team of D-3770 for RY 2008-2009 is bound for D-3740, South Korea .

Clubs in the District are expected to conduct screening for interested applicants until September 30, 2008, which is the deadline for submission of Club's final nominee to the District GSE Selection Committee through its Chairman, PDG Manuel P. Punzalan with address at Punzalan and Punongbayan Law Offices, Rm. 204, Capule Building, Paseo Del Congreso, Catmon, Malolos City, Bulacan 3000.
Team Members must :
1. Be between 25 to 40 years of age at the time of application (no waivers)
2. Be employed full time in a recognized profession for a minimum of two years.
3. Not be a Rotarian, honorary Rotarian, or employee of Rotary or the lineal descendent or spouse of a Rotarian, honorary Rotarian, or employee of Rotary, or any such person who has resigned from Rotary within the past 36 months,
4. not be the spouse of another team member of the same GSE team.
5. reside or work in Rotary district 3770 and
6. be a Filipino citizen .

Ideal Team Members are:
1. In good health and neat in appearance.
2. of a sound, general educational background,
3. able to express themselves clearly,
4. interested in and clearly enthusiastic about their chosen profession and in possession of outstanding vocational skills,
5. open-minded, tolerant, and flexible, and
6. comfortable working as part of a team with a schedule that is physically and emotionally demanding.

Documents to be submitted in 8 copies are:
1. Filled up GSE Application Form
2. Club Resolution and endorsement
3. Profile/bio-data of applicant
4. Scholastic Records
5. Medical Certificate
6. Letter of Intent
7. Certificate of employment
8. Permission from employer for the applicant to join and, if chosen, be allowed to file a leave of absence during the entire itinerary at Korea.
9. Certification from Rotary International that the club has paid the Semi-Annual Reports (SAR) for July 2008 or submit photocopy of the receipt issued by the Philippine Consulting Center, Inc. (PCCI)
10. Certification from the Philippine Rotary Magazine (PRM) that the club is a subscriber of official regional magazine, and has no overdue account as of June 30, 2008 and submit photocopy of the original/provisional receipt issued by PRM.
11. 1 piece 2x2 colored photo-recently taken.
12. Birth Certificate

October 25, 2008 is the selection date, wherein four (4) regular members and two (2) alternatives will be chosen from among the nominees duly submitted. The venue will be announced later. The selection committee is composed of the District Governor, the Immediate Past District Governor, the District Governor Nominee and three (3) prominent rotarians. Selection will be based strictly on the established criteria.
